As there isn't much footballing action until the weekend now, I thought it would be a good time to send you this email regarding responsible gambling.

For those that don't know, it's Responsible Gambling Week. A week that's been set up to help people who have a problem with gambling. 

Whilst I simply send you the same bets that I place, I only ever condone betting what you can afford to lose. My stakes are pretty low for that exact reason and I think I could count on one hand over the last year where it's been above £10. 

That's because I am both happy to lose £10 and also very grateful when my bets come in. I don't deviate too far away from these stakes, if ever. 

If you feel that you need help or you know someone who could benefit from this, please point them in the direction of the Be Gamble Aware website, linked below. These guys are on call 7 days a week from 8am to midnight.
